The 1 kg Sal de Riso Pandoro is a naturally leavened artisanal baked product, made with a soft dough rich in butter and vanilla from Madagascar and Tahiti . A great classic of the Italian Christmas tradition, reinterpreted by the famous Master Pastry Chef of the Amalfi Coast.

The package includes a 90g piping bag of hazelnut cream , ideal for filling the pandoro as desired and making each slice even more delicious. The package also includes a sachet of vanilla sugar for dusting before serving.

Pandoro Ingredients

Type "0" and "00" wheat flour, category "A" eggs and egg yolks (5.20% yolk), fresh butter (20.20%), natural yeast (gluten), sugar, cocoa butter, acacia honey, barley malt, fresh brewer's yeast, sea salt, vanilla pearls from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Hazelnut cream ingredients (90g piping bag)

Sugar, hazelnuts (25%), sunflower seed oil, vegetable oils and fats (high oleic sunflower, cocoa), fat-reduced cocoa, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sea salt.

Allergens

Contains: gluten, milk, barley, eggs, hazelnuts.
May contain: peanuts, tree nuts, lupins, soy, sesame, molluscs and crustaceans.

Conservation

Keep the pandoro at around 25°C for a few hours before eating to enhance its softness.
